Our Giclée Fine Art Prints are in class of their own when customers desire a different look to their images by printing on watercolour or other specialty stocks. We have available a select few Hahnemühle and Harman papers, which have been thoroughly tested and chosen to offer the best reproduction quality via our profiled and managed workflow. This is an impressive way to combine the precision of digital print media with the wonderful grace of genuine artist papers made in a traditional way.

Founded in 1584, Hahnemühle is the oldest German paper mill still producing papers for traditional and digital art as well as industrial purposes.

Colourgenics uses an Epson's line of large format printers that is well known to artists. We believe that our flagship Epson 11880 and Hahnemühle papers offer the best quality output from all the platforms we have tested so far.
Our ultra-high resolution prints on paper have consistently wowed our clients with an amazing sharpness, clarity and colour fidelity. Giclée technology is particularily well suited for light, airy, colourful images, as well as images with wide tonal range.

These are true photographic prints imaged on a photographic paper. Lightjet is rightfully considered a Rolls-Royce of large format photographic imagers - while 1st generation of photo-printers (Lambdas) focused on production volume, and the latest Chromira machines are all about cutting costs - LightJets were built for ultimate quality.
Our machine runs the best photographic paper currently available on the market - Fuji Crystal Archive series, including Super "C" semi-matte and glossy, Super "C" FujiFlex and - for backlit applications - FujiTrans film. To round up the package we also offer Kodak Metallic paper, with its unique look and high-gloss finish.

LightJet offers an excellent colour reproduction, sharpness corner to corner, smooth colour transitions and excellent gray balance.

Fujicolor Crystal Archive Super Type C Paper provides exceptional performance from large format digital systems. Print output results in vivid color reproduction, brilliant whites, plus distinct highlight detail. The result is a sharp and crisp appearance for fine art and exhibition purpouses.

The LightJet's consistency and repeatability means that work can be reprinted a year later and it will look exactly as it did when it was initially printed, which makes it ideal for artists producing editions of their work. And thanks to its precise reproduction capabilities the LightJet is also perfect for multi-panel displays where there are a number of pieces that need to be matched exactly.

It guarantees an extremely large colour gamut and high colour density. Hahnemühle Monet has a natural look that lends itself particularly well to art reproduction and premium photo prints which can be framed, stretched and varnished after printing. Fine Art Giclée Canvas is imaged on the same high performance platform as our paper prints - Epson 11880 and Epson 9800 large format printers. For customers looking for more economical solutons we also offer 100% Cotton Océ Pro-Select Standard Grade Canvas.

Premium Inkjet prints on Epson® Premium Lustre Paper offer fantastic colour gamut (comparable to AdobeRGB1998 colour space), great tonal range, ultra-high resolution and the same archival longevity as our fine art products. That is because we use the same award-winning Epson Ultrachrome K3-VM pigment inks as in our range of fine art products.

This service is designed for people seeking ultimate in photographic-looking output, but with more range, resolution and colour.

Noritsu digital photo prints
   

A great example of modern imaging technology, our state of the art Noritsu digital lab performs the following functions :

• High quality prints from digital files up to 12"x18"
• Prints from negative or transparencies up to 6cm x 9cm
• Roll scanning 35mm and 120 film up to 6cm x 9cm

Noritsu digital photo printer works best with images supplied in sRGB colour space (de facto Internet colour standard). Its printing engine runs at 320dpi, though you might get very acceptable results from images with "at-size" resolution as low as 200dpi. Noritsu digital lab is fully integrated into our ROES system - a powerful and easy to use on-line image upload and printing service.

Quick, economical copies of reflective originals or digital layout files are served by this workhorse. It has applications in fast proofing or other presentation usage. For limited run booklets and handouts, laser outputs offer a cost-effective and speedy alternative to offset printing.
