We offer a range of mounting & finishing options, including traditional aluminum composite panel and archival foamboard, as well as the modern technique of facemounting.

Our mounts are done with exacting precision and exceptional attention to detail, resulting in perfectly mounted prints that are a dream for framers to work with, or can be displayed beautifully on their own. Plus, if you are unsure of which mount is best for you, our team is happy to offer free consultation alongside real, physical samples in our showroom in downtown Toronto.

Mounting services are offered exclusively for prints made by Colourgenics. Pricing is determined by size, material selection, and quantity. Custom shapes are charged as a premium service. Project pricing and bundling with other services is available with a quote.

mounting

Give your reproductions and art photographs the flawless finishing touch by mounting them to a variety of substrates, ready for subsequent framing. We can backmount images up to 48"x96” on aluminum composite panel, archival foamboard and gatorboard. For those who want to showcase their art without a frame, we also offer hanging hardware options to make your final installation easy.

facemounting

Display your reproductions and art photographs with the gallery-quality elegance and finesse of facemounting. Facemounting adheres your fine art prints directly to plexiglass or acrylic, resulting in a sleek, modern look. Our facemounted prints are done on archival glossy or metallic papers to help make the colours pop which, when combined with the facemount, results in a vibrant, gallery-quality image with an added sense of depth. We can facemount images up to 48”x60”, and offer hanging hardware options for those who want a frameless display.

canvas stretching

Having your canvas professionally stretched not only gives your artwork an enhanced and finished appearance but also helps prevent warping and sagging, ensuring your canvas print’s beauty is preserved over time. We offer professional canvas stretching services with 3/4” and 1.5” gallery wraps for images up to 62.5” wide, with various edge treatments (natural, mirrored, solid, etc) to suit your display preferences.

coating

Coating or spraying your fine art prints can enhance the visual impact of your images while also providing added durability and longevity, especially for prints that will be displayed without glazing so you can enjoy your images in the same stunning quality for many years to come.
